We are currently experiencing some delays in processing and sending referrals from the practice due to staff shortages.  Please also be aware that hospitals are experiencing their own delays in processing referrals and arranging appointments. This means that, in some cases, it may take longer than usual for you to hear from the hospital after your referral has been made.

We understand that waiting for an appointment can be frustrating and appreciate your patience while these pressures continue.
