In addition we have a Business Manager, and a team of eleven receptionists. Their duties cover the front desk, computer and dispensary.
We are always pleased to receive ideas for improving our service.

Sandy Fisken is assisted by a team of Ladies who deal with Reception administration and dispensary duties.
They will usually be the first people that patients will have contact with in the Practice. Their job is to help you get the best out of the Practice. Please bear in mind that if you request an appointment or a telephone conversation with a Doctor the staff are required by the Doctor to get basic information from you in order that your call is prioritised.
If there are no appointments available you will often be offered a telephone call with your doctor. Please give the staff as much information as possible this will help the staff and your doctor deal with your query.
The staff that are there to help you are Sue, Sheila, Sue, Jan, Michelle, Heather, Angela, Ali, Chris and Gail.
