If you need regular medication you may obtain a repeat prescription. We operate a 48-hour turnaround system of repeat prescriptions. An arrangement with the local pharmacists means that patients can choose from where the prescription can be collected. Please indicate from which chemist you wish to collect your prescription.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ALWAYS GIVE 48 HOURS NOTICE OF REQUIRING A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION
Unfortunately, in the interests of safety, requests for repeat prescriptions cannot be taken verbally over the telephone, however requests can be brought in, posted, faxed or sent via this website. Fax requests should be sent to WANTAGE 771829 and must be signed.
