Community Nurses
The Community Nurses and their team are registered nurses and healthcare assistants who have undertaken specialist training in order to provide a wide range of nursing care, support and treatment to patients and relatives requiring care in the community. The Community Nurse Team comprises Tina Campion, Pam Moody, Veronica Roberts, Helen Waters, Chris Beddows and Edwina Shettler.
Your health visitors [Top]
There are two health visitors attached to the surgery, they are registered nurses with additional qualifications in promoting child health and development. They offer a service to pregnant mothers and families with children, particularly new babies and children under five years old. We also have a community staff nurse who works under the direction of the health visitors. Our team works closely with other health visitors attached to other GP surgeries in the area and with local Children’s Centres, to provide a home visiting service, clinics and groups. The team can be contacted Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
